Wilbert correctly mentions the new Emergency Health Kit as useful. However,
as the name indicates, it is for emergencies. For the Kosovo crisis too 
many were donated. The refugee population's health problems were the same 
as in a normal population and the normal range of medicines was needed. The
NEHK contains few medicines for chronic diseases. Therefore, if donating 
kits, which might often be useful before a new regular demand-based supply 
system can be established, please note that there are also other kits 
available e.g. mental health, chronic diseases, pneumonia, diabetes, 
anasthesia, intravenous fluids etc. These kits were composed during the 
Yugoslav crisis in 1995.
