The short answer is yes.  There is no conclusive epidemiological
evidence that exposure to cytotoxic drugs poses a risk to potential
mothers or fathers.  Prudent practice would include proper garb and
preparation in a laminar flow hood.  It is common practice in the
institutions that I'm familiar with to give a pharmacist, technician,
or nurse the choice of avoiding handling these drugs if they are
pregnant or trying to conceive.
