E-DRUG: Asthma medication - Ketotifen

I am reviewing facts about ketotifen (Zaditen from the previous 
Sandoz and other companies), promoted heavily for asthma in Mexico 
and selling 17% of all antiasthmatic drugs. The references they 
provide are very questionable.  I would be interested in andy 
information regarding ketotifen especially data difficult to obtain in 
Medline for example:

a) what is the situation with U.S. FDA approval and approvals for 
asthma in other developed countries?

b) information about marketing policies

c) Opinions of reviewers for international guidelines of asthma 
treatment (about ketotifen)

d) international sales in other developing countries
