Philippines did have in the past chlormezanone combination with 
paracetamol (neo-berasal) marketed by marsman.  We do not appear to have 
this drug listed anymore at present.

Chlormezanone is available in India and at least 5 companies  are 
marketing it.

There are 7 generic brands of Paracetamol 450mg/chlormezanone 100mg 
tablet still registered in Singapore. The original "Beserol" product 
from Sanofi Winthrop is no longer available here. 

The manufacturer of the generic that we keep in our hospital is
Xepa-Soul Pattinson in Malaysia.
