E-DRUG: Computer system for inventory control

Dear E-druggers,

I am looking for a simple, affordable, commercially available 
computer system for drug inventory control to be used in 
medical stores in developing countries.

Realizing that the following may be a bit unrealistic, the 
system should be reasonably priced, user friendly and 
maintenance free!! I am aware of systems like the INVEC-2, 
Swedis but would appreciate information on simple systems 
designed for use in pharmacies that can be bought off the 
shelf and can be used by staff with basic computer skills
if such systems exist.
