E-DRUG: Help wanted - Secondary prophylaxis of rheumatic fever

A request from a student (Dr Juliet Manyemba) who is currently studying with us in Newcastle, NSW, Australia. Does anyone 
have, or know of guidelines for the secondary prophylaxis of 
rheumatic fever?
