E-drug: Cost effectiveness in Drug Registration (cont'd)

Cost effectiveness is a criteria for getting listed on the public
formularies in some Canadian provinces but it is not a criteria for
getting marketing approval in Canada. In the provinces that require
pharmacoeconomic studies this is not a part of the legislation but a
decision by the committee doing the evaluations.
