In the UK Cetirizine is prescription only UNLESS it is in packs of 10
tablets or fewer of 10 mg with a maximum daily dose of 10mg. Then it is an
OTC medicine.

Dear Vanda,

In Spain there is cetirizine like OTC and like prescription drug. The two
forms coexists in legal way.
