E-DRUG: primary health care clinic dispensaries

E-DRUG: primary health care clinic dispensaries

Is anyone able to provide guidelines/ or different models for primary 
health care clinic dispensaries?  I am particularly interest in layout/ 
designs/ floor plans which will improve efficiency of work flow, 
inventory receipting, and dispensing.  Are there alternative models 
to the typical window/ dispensing hatch?  Are there alternative 
designs which make provision for different degrees of privancy for 
confidential counselling?
