E-DRUG: Pharmacy drivers

Dear All,

Wilbert is right. There is a special training in the Netherlands for
the delivery men/women of the pharmacy. Basically they learn how
to be polite and how to behave. But they also learn to speak in
general terms about meds and thus find out how the patient is
doing.

The training basically is quite simple but effective. And I can
imagine such a simple training being given by a group of
pharmacies/pharmacists to their delivery personel. A bit of role-play
will do the trick.
