E-DRUG: STGs for psychiatric conditions needed

Psychiatric Standard Treatment Guidelines at different levels of care are 
currently being reviewed in South Africa.

Information on already established cost-effective based STGs for the
following conditions will be sincerely appreciated:

-	Non-affective psychosis, including schizophrenia, 
	schizophreniform-, schizoaffective-, delusional disorder, and 
	atypical psychosis
-	Bipolar Affective Disorder
-	Major depression
-	Anxiety disorder, including panic disorder, agoraphobia without 
	panic disorder, social phobia, simple phobia, and generalised 
	anxiety disorder

Any info on the cost-effective treatment of the above will be 
appreciated.
