E-DRUG: Re: Trust (cont)
------------------------

Dear Tim and others,

Based upon, amongst other criteria, the acceptance as pharmaceutical care
as a philosophy of pharmacy practice, the FIP community section has
produced a document on Good Pharmacy Practice.

This document is a cornerstone of the professional responsabilities
of community pharmacists world-wide.

However, the section being aware of the fact that such standards
cannot be implemented in full everywhere, have developed a steps-
wise approach to reaching GPP standards. This document, called
'Good Pharmacy Practice (GPP) in developing countries' is
available to every interested party from the FIP headquarters in the
Hague.

The report has been drwn up by representatives of developed and
developing countries together.
