I did see the recommendation and found another section by the WHO
that I am attaching for you that gives the dose for doxycycline as
100mg capsule. You may be correct in pointing out that the
dosage is for tetracycline as I checked in the 31st ed. of the
Martindale under tetracycline that recommends a dose of 500mg twice
daily for treatment of malaria
