That's easy!  Try the encainide/flecainide debacle which killed more
Americans than did Vietnam!  Then consider the use of Diazepam and
Phenytoin in preference to Magnesium sulphate for Eclampsia.  Dare I
suggest you also recall the use of blood letting in times gone by?
