E-DRUG: Cost of AZT in developing countries

I would greatly appreciate getting data on the acquisition costs for 
100mg and 200 mg AZT when purchased in large quantities for as many 
developing countries as possible. Please specify whether this is for 
the Glaxo-Wellcome or for generic or other sources of the drug.
