There is data in both Medline and Embase about this drug - It 
is a Russian invention, an eye drop containing taurine complexed with 
sodium hypochlorite. It is claimed to be effective in retinitis 
pigmentosa and after eye surgery. There is only one non-Russian 
publication (Gutierrez-Torre, Arch Soc Esp Ophthalmol 1995;69:241-50) 
describing a comparative Russian-Spanish investigation, where it 
seemed to be ineffective.
