E-DRUG: Chloroquine therapeutic levels

Dear all,
                                                                    
Can anybody help me to find the therapeutic range of chloroquine in 
WHOLE blood?  I have found therapeutic concentrations of chloroquine 
in plasma, but not in whole blood and one reference states that
following oral administration of chloroquine, whole blood 
concentrations are 8 to 10 times higher than those observed in plasma.

We need this information to detemine whether a 18-month old child 
with a whole blood chloroquine concentration of 0.09mg/100ml is 
in the toxic range or not.
