AFRO-NETS delay

Dear colleagues,

please excuse the delay in forwarding the messages sent to AFRO-NETS 
since last Tuesday.

I was travelling in the Netherlands and unexpectedly had problems 
logging into the Internet via CompuServe / SITA to handle the mailing 
list.

It was only today that I was able to access my e-mail account to deal 
with the accumulated messages.

Nothing got lost - you might use the weekend to read through the 
mail.
