Interesting but sad news

Dear All ,

I have found a very interesting reason for why a country like India 
is not progressing in spite of huge development funds and activities 
by International Agencies.

One interesting issue:

A 20 million dollar USAID funding on Child and Reproductive Health is
managed by three Electrical Engineers and a filing assistant.

The matter is like this :

USAID wanted to implement a 20 million dollar Child and Reproductive 
Health Programme through the Govt. of India. The Govt. of India 
passed on that whole fund to ICICI a private finance organisation to 
manage the fund without understanding the staff structure and capa-
bility of the organisation.
