AFRO-NETS> Contacts with other regions & Legal Area

Contacts with other regions & Legal Area

This is a bit of a long shot, but I am trying to get in touch with 
people on the equivalent of AFRO-NETS in Asia, Pacific & Caribbean. 
Can anyone tell me please if there is such a network, and what the 
address is?

Secondly, I am trying to get in touch with a legal/law network as 
there is one for health in the international community. Again, can 
anyone help me in this please?
