Africa Operations Research/Technical Assistance (OR/TA) Project II 
Population Council - offers the following publications on 'ISSUES IN 
OPERATIONS RESEARCH' free of charge to developing country organisa-
tions. For all other researchers and organisations, there is a $12.00 
charge per shipment (up to 10 publications) which must be prepaid 
(U.S. currency only). Checks or money orders can be made payable to: 
Population Council.
