who is right Co artem (Novartis) or Co artesian (Dafra)?
Co artem doses 4 tabs then 4 tabs after 8 hours then 4 tabs bd for the next two days! per day taking an average of 70kg as body weight at 4 mg/kg of artemether we need 280 mg of artemether? while you only get 160 mg per day that also in divided doses! won't we end up in resistance by underdosing??

Co artesian is given in single gift for three days!

Its time that FIXED COMBINATION DRUG DOSES be abolished and the clinicians 
should chose their own combination and given at correct doses as per the 
patients body weight.
