Hi
I'm the Drug Information Pharmacist in the National University Hospital of Malaysia.
I need your help urgently, my doctor wants to use Vessel 2 F (SULODEXIDE) for albuminuria through iv administration.
However, they are not sure of the way of administration (bolus, drip, etc.)? And the dilution method; because they and ourselves do not have any experience of using it through iv.
We know that it should be given intramuscularly. But doctors are actually asking for other means of administrating it cos IM is very painful for the patient.
Our Product Insert is from Italy. The info is very limited. And when we searched online, most of the info are in foreign languages.
Can we ask you for your experience on this....
Please advise, as soon as possible. Thank you.
