[indices] RFI: Benzoin tincture USP compounding information

Greetings INDICERS, 
 
I would like help to get the recipe for compounding benzoic tincture for
surgical use from benzoic powder. We have run out of our small supply and
have another month of surgery left here in Liberia, and we managed to source some benzoic powder locally but have not been able to access or find the relevant information for its compounding.
