[indices] Diclofenac paed dose for pre/post-op pain

I am looking for more specific information and experience on the use of
diclofenac in children for pre/post-op pain. I have checked the WHO model
formulary 2004 (it's not on EDL at present), the BNF 47 which lists only
doses in paeds for juvenile arthritis, and Micromedex which gave various
papers but no specific dose recommendation. Please advise on its safety and
dose and administration routes recommended, best regards,
