hi,

There is a drug information centre in Lagos, Nigeria.
It is called the NDIC (Nigeria drug information centre)
Contact the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria office in Lagos for details.

There are relatively good libraries in the various universities in Nigeria.
One of them is the university of Benin.

You could also try the University of Benin Teaching Hospital Drug information Centre.
