INDICES: Drug information centres

I would like to thank Douglas Ball for reminding E-Drug about the
International Register of Drug Information Services
(www.shpa.org.au/druginfo/irdis.htm). The list was created to help with
identification of pharmaceuticals but has also enhanced communication
between drug information practitioners. In some cases working relationships
have been established between services in different countries.

We are currently trying to update the register and I would be pleased to
hear from drug information services in countries not yet represented. This
is important for Africa but it would also be nice to hear from colleagues in
other parts of the world where access to independent information sources is
limited.
