Indices: INTERNATIONAL TRAINING FOR HEALTH PROFESSIONALS - SCHOLARSHIPS 

Galillee College, Israel, will be holding an advanced leadership and
capacity building program for Health Professionals:  Health Systems
Management Program, April 29 - May 17, 2004.

This exciting and innovative program is intended for senior hospital
directors, senior physicians and health personnel. It focuses on a wide
range of issues encountered in all levels of health systems management and
the strategies and techniques for managing them. Special emphasis will be
placed on the leadership role in health organizations. The program affords
opportunities to network with colleagues from around the world, while being
exposed to Israel's experience in the Health sector. Participants study and
stay at the Galillee College Study Center at Kibbutz Mizra, in the northern
region of Israel, near the city of Nazareth. The program includes study
tours, lectures and independent project work, as well as excursions to
places of tourist interest in Israel.

In keeping with our mission of sustaining development through capacity
building in Developing countries, Galillee College will be able to grant
tuition scholarships (value of EUR1875 each)* to eligible candidates. 
All applicants must have a University degree and be fluent in English.

*This does not include the airfare to and from Israel and the living
expenses (EUR 2,865) while the participant is in Israel, which must be
