A number of years ago we did a presentation on Evaluating the Quality and
Effectivenss of a Drug Information Centre at a DSE/WHO Seminar on Drug
Information Centres in Berlin. I think it may have quite a bit of
information of value to you. I am afraid that I do not have it in an
electronic format but if you are interested, I could make you a copy and
post it to you.
