Ossy Kasilo, who was in Zimbabwe and is now at WHO Afro, would possible have
something. I also think that David Woods of Univ of Otago, New Zealand and
also Graeme Vernon of the Austin DI center , Melbourne Australia could have
developed something-What I donot have right now is there contacts but I
could spare some time and look them up

Atieno, they are all subscribed to INDICES.  This particular subject was
presented by Geraldine Bartlett at the DSE workshop in Berlin, and that it
