The solution is to carry out laboratory analysis on 
Rifadin using TLC or an HPLC method and pure substances of 
interest as reference standard. That is you will need to 
have the substances which you suspect and compare their 
analytical values with your test samples. The analysis can 
be both in vitro and in vivo.
