INDICES> Pub Med articles for third world countries

Hello:  I am a pharmacist interested in getting the full text articles in
this new service of the NIH.  My question is, if we can ask for the
fulltext articles directly, whithout asking for a search (because I have
access to the PM, but most of the journals aren´t available in my country).
We have the PMID included in the abstracts; the only problem is that we
don´t know for sure if the article is in the fulltext form, but I wouldn´t
mind taking the chance. I appreciate a lot if you can find something about
that.
