Dear friends,

I am interested to do a population pharmacokinetic study on gentamicin in
adult and geriatric patients.  Since serum drug level monitoring is not
done
at our hospital, I am planning to do a prospective study.  From the
literature, I am not able to conclude the minimum number of blood samples
from each
patient needed for this study.  I would much appreciate if any one would
help me in this regard.  Our hospital practices once daily and twice daily
dosing schedule.
