INDICES> Ciprofloxacin use in children

I would like some help with any information on the use of ciprofloxacin and
possibly all quinolones in children. Available secondary literature
indicate
that it is contraindicated in children who are still growing(Upto 16
years).
I have recently come accross some publications than indicate its use in
children as young as 3 months. Any advice will be appreciated
