INDICES> propranolol for infant

Greetings!

Can anyone help us with suggestion. We have to administer 1,25mg 
propranolol twice daily to an 11week old infant.

Although propranolol hcl is water soluble, it decomposes with 
oxidation, followed by reduction in pH and discolouration.

The Inderal injection contains citric acid monohydrate and water and 
contains 1mg/ml.  Any suggestion?
