Dear Sir,

I am in search of side effects of nimesulide as compared to paracetomol.

Please guide me which are those e-sites where I can get such
information. I would highly appreciate if you can suggest me whether
paracetomol or nimesulide should be used in jaundice's especially in
children / adults in terms of long term safety as well as efficacy. I
have heard nimesulide has been banned in USA & some other countries,
please let me know wether it is true and if it is so can you send me
relevant data for the same.
