Dear Ning,

There is no indication for the combination of these drugs. Why would you
want to
use it?

However, Martindale lists drugs that are incompatible with aminophylline and
papaverine. According to the information they are incompatible because
aminophylline give alkaline solutions (pH 8) and papaverine has pH of
3.0-4.5.
Papaverine will precipitate on adding to alkaline solution. So both drugs
cannot
be mixed.
