Dear colleague,

I fully agree with the moderator's comments - For oral papaverine
there is no valid indication. Its only proven use is as intracavernous
injection in erection impotence. Oral aminophylline is no longer
used; its absorption is lower than anhydrous theophylline and erratic
and, as it is quite basic, it causes frequent gastrointestinal problems.
These drugs in their oral form should no longer be used, certainly
not in combination. So the pharmaceutical question should not be
asked.
