dear friends,

I wish to know the usage of third generation hepatitis B vaccine as a
preventive measure. Some literature says that it is used on non responders
to second generation hepatitis B vaccine. Hence can we directly use the
third generation vaccine instead of second generation, because cost is the
major factor involved here in checking the antibody titre then going for
third generation vaccines especially when it is coming to procurement for
government hospitals.
