INDICES> Gangliosides marketing in the world

Hello colleagues,

I am looking for worldwide data about gangliosides and
monosyalogangliosides marketing. I know about their withdrawal in Germany,
Greece, Luxembourg, Spain and Portugal (CPMP - Pharmacovigilance Opinion
No.17, Sept. 1994). 

These drugs have been marketed in Brazil by TRB Pharma but I'm not sure if they
have been marketing in the countries wich TRB Pharma (or other company) has
representation (Japan, Switzerland, Argentina, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, 
Thailand and Colombia).

In addition, I would like to have any information about the "history" of
these drugs (where these appeared, where they were/are marketed/marketing,
the argument for marketing, etc).

Please, could anyone help me?
