Fenpyverinium Br is only available in combination with injectable
metamizole as "Baralgin" - which, incidentally, was removed from
the German market because of the risk of anaphylactic shock
(sometimes fatal). It should have antispasmodic properties, but there
are no recent scientific data. The same applies to pitofenone.

These are obsolete drugs - forget about them.
