Indices: Chlorproguanil and dapsone combination for Malaria
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
--------

Dear Indices Users,
Please help.

What is the recommended dose of chlorproguanil / dapsone combination, in
treatment or prevention of malaria?

What are the most common dose forms, and their strength?

How about cost for an adult patient per treatment in US dollars?

Any experience with use of that combination?

Waiting for your most kind response.
