INDICES> glycopyrrolate in atropine poisoning

Greetings!

Does anyone have information on (a) why glycopyrollate (Robinul) is 
not used routinely in organophosphate poisoning (as opposed to 
atropine) and (b) what sort of doses would be used in paediatrics?

Have searched all usual sources.
