INDICES> Secretin in autism

I'm a pharmacist at a drug information service and had a question about
the use of secretin in autism.  After some research done on the Internet
I found two articles  recently published in The New England Journal of
Medicine.  It stated that the use of the hormone is still controversial
and experimental.

Does anyone have more information about the above mentioned?
