Dear All,

Could anyone help to identify ingredients of  "Fakolen" - French drug for 
the treatment of cataract?

Could anyone explain the meaning of symbol "K" in red circle on drug 
package? Recently it appeared on packages of  Alexan (cytarabine) (HEINRICH 
MACK) in Russia.
