Dear INDICES friends, 

Is there any rationality in consuming iodised salt. In 
india most of the company manufacture this iodised salt.Plenty available in 
the market. Is there any absolute need for addition of iodine incorporation 
in salt. ( except for endemic areas where there is a need to avoid goiter or 
related reasons.).
