Dr Harvey,

This is a tool - a simple list of drugs approved for labelling by the US FDA
for use in treating a specific condition.
It is not a recommendation  -  it does not deal with costs (which of course vary
greatly by country) or comparative efficacy  -   nor does it pretend to
and (as you might imagine) it is not used a great deal by Medscape users.
