INDICES> trypsine for multiple myeloma?

please help me knowing the exact dose of the WOBE-MUGOSE'E,
a combination of trypsin, papain and chymotrypsin, used
in the treatment of multiple myeloma. 

Some sources mention as dosage 2 tid, some 3 tid.

What is the correct dose?
