INDICES> Neonatal gentamicin administration

We are reviewing the method of intravenous administration of gentamicin to neonates. 

The concentration of solutions infused and the time period over which the infusion 
is given are of particular interest to us. 

We would appreciate any input as the literature will often specify time of infusion 
but not the concentration of the solution that is infused and the equipment utilized.
