I agree with Joel. There is no useful reference anywhere not on
Dialog nor on Datastar. I found one reference on the Internet with
the manufacturer's datasheet and his phone number and address,
and I forwarded these data to Sam.

Trifluoracetamide is a highly toxic compound related to Sarin.

We should wait and see what the manufacturer
has to say - I wonder why this stuff ever got an export licence!
